As reported by the charts, Bitcoin, NFT, and metaserve have emerged, surpassing others to become one of the top apps in the rankings with over 400% of crypto app downloads in 2021.
In 2021, according to marketing analytics platform Adjust and app provider Apptopia, crypto apps have a huge increase compared to 2020 of 400% and 567% compared to previous years.
Through the data from the rankings, Bitcoin is the most downloaded crypto app in 2021, before that Bitcoin is in 3rd place in 2020. The figures are recorded in 2021, more than 20% of downloads from Turkey and the US accounted for only about 9.3%.
Crypto.com is the 2nd application, while Coinbase is pushed down to 3rd place. Trust and MetaMask are 4th and 5th place respectively in terms of downloads.
Why is the number of Crypto app downloads skyrocketing?
Several company leaders and several celebrities including Elon Musk have publicly promoted Crypto assets. As Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu Coin (SHIB) become more popular and scaled, NFT and Web3 have made Crypto apps the mobile marketing hegemon.
Crypto ads as well as crypto app downloads increased by more than 280% after advertising at this year’s Super Bowl. Crypto.com invests in a $100M global advertising project with famous actor Matt Damon to bring the crypto bull market to the masses.
Ultimately, user engagement such as session duration, sessions per user per day, retention rate, and engagement with crypto apps far outweigh other apps.
